Buying online
Welcome to Jungle Land Indoor Playground (“Jungle Land,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or purchasing admission tickets or gift certificates online, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Online purchases
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, including HST, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order and providing accurate contact and payment information before completing checkout. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
General admission tickets
Online admission tickets are valid according to the date, time, validity period, and/or other conditions stated at the time of purchase.
Admission is subject to Jungle Land’s operating hours, capacity limits, safety rules, and facility policies. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while at Jungle Land.
Jungle Land may refuse or terminate admission where reasonably necessary for safety, inappropriate conduct, violation of facility rules, or other lawful reasons.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates may be used toward eligible Jungle Land purchases, subject to any conditions disclosed at the time of purchase. Gift certificates have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost, stolen, deleted, or improperly used gift certificates may not be replaceable.
Promotions
Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless specifically indicated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices, operating hours, availability, and other information on our website are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information where permitted by law.
