Jungle Land offers a clean, exciting, and well-maintained indoor playground with a variety of activities and performer options to help you create the party that best suits your family’s needs. We bring years of experience in hosting children’s events while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness, so your guests can relax and enjoy the celebration.

Party Package Overview

Standard Party Packages

Our Butterfly, Parrot, Giraffe, and Lion packages each include:

• 2 hours in a private party room 
• Access to Jungle Land for your guests during the event 

Private Event Package

Our Jungle Fever package includes:

• 3-hour private event 
• Exclusive private-event format 

Important Note: Unless you book the Jungle Fever Private Event package, all other packages are non-private.

Arrival Time

We ask all customers to remind their guests to arrive on time for the party.

Guests may enter the facility 10 minutes before the party start time.

Birthday Party Time Slots

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Time Extension Policy

Party times generally cannot be extended.

Possible exceptions may be available for larger packages such as Giraffe, Lion, or Jungle Fever, where the last time slot of the day is booked (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM).

Another option for a longer event is to book two parties back-to-back, creating a 4-hour event.

Option for a Single Party Experience

If you would prefer your party not to take place at the same time as other birthday parties, but do not wish to book the Jungle Fever private event, you may reserve all 4 party rooms by booking a:

• Double Giraffe package, or 
• Double Lion package 

Please note that in this case, Jungle Land remains open to the general public.

Important Party Rules & Conditions

Supervision and Safety

For safety reasons:

• Parents/guardians must actively supervise their children at all times 
• Adults must remain close enough to maintain visual contact 
• All visitors must follow: 
  • posted safety signage 
  • facility rules 
  • staff instructions 

Jungle Land reserves the right to refuse entry or ask visitors to leave where necessary to protect the safety and comfort of guests and staff. No refund is provided if a guest is asked to leave for breaching the rules.

Socks Required

For safety and hygiene reasons, all children and adults must wear socks at all times while on the premises.

Items Not Allowed

The following are not permitted:

• Food in play areas 
• Speakers or microphones, unless part of a show 
• Strollers inside the facility 
• Piñatas 
• Confetti 
• Candles or open flames, except for birthday cake candles 
• Smoking 
• Alcohol without a valid licence 

Balloons

• Balloon arches are allowed only for Jungle Fever Private Events 
• Small balloon bouquets are allowed for any package 

Stroller Storage

Strollers are not permitted inside the facility. They may be stored at reception, but during busy cold-weather months, guests are strongly encouraged to leave strollers in their vehicles if possible.

Guests may bring the following:

• Cold-cut sandwiches 
• Peanut-free / nut-free snacks 
• Fruit trays 
• Veggie trays 
• Cheese trays 
• Sushi platters 
• Hot dogs 
• Bagels 
• Croissants 
• Salads 
• Wraps 
• Non-alcoholic beverages 

Prohibited Food Items

Jungle Land does not allow hot, greasy, or fried foods, including examples such as:

• French fries 
• Samosas 
• Porchetta 
• Chicken fingers 
• Rice 
• Chicken wings 
• Spring rolls 
• Pasta with sauce 

Choking Hazard Snacks Not Allowed

The following snacks are prohibited due to choking risk:

• Popcorn 
• Loose candy 
• Chewing gum 

Booking Policies

Pricing

Prices and party packages are subject to change at any time without notice.

Refunds and Cancellations

Party payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel, non-expiring store credit will be issued instead. In the case of illness or another family emergency, rescheduling is permitted, including on short notice.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing.

Package Changes

After booking, packages may be upgraded based on the expected number of guests and availability. Downgrades are not permitted.
